Property Valuation Survey Example

This is an example of our low cost 'turn key' survey solution to suit the low end budgets of smaller organizations. For survey applications, such as house valuation surveys, energy checks, repairs & maintenance and many other surveys.

We can normally write a custom survey in around 2 weeks -- we only need a paper version of your survey to get started. Email us with you company details and requirements and we will send you a ready made survey to evaluate.

Step 1 - Running your Survey

Choose RUN from the handheld simulator screen, then select the survey you wish to run.

Note. The survey display on a real pocket PC looks much the same and also has the benefit of being a touch screen.

Step 2 - Entering Data

When you have finished answering questions click DONE repeatedly until prompted to exit your survey.

Follow through the survey on the handheld simulator collecting data as required.

Note. You will see a mixture of 'directed' and 'random' sections containing questions. You can move around the survey by entering a section.

If the section is a 'directed' one, questions will be displayed one after the other. If it is a 'random' section you can choose which questions to answer from the displayed list.

Step 3 - Receiving Results

From the main program menu bar choose HANDHELD and then click RECEIVE RESULTS

Note. This option retrieves results from the simulator, or your handheld if you are using one. When you collect more data from multiple runs of the survey, you can choose to append your results and build up a comprehensive report.

Step 4 - Viewing Reports

From the main program menu bar choose REPORTS and then click RESULTS

The valuation report will be displayed in your web browser as shown below.
